#TRAVELINGTINK ROAD TRIPS - WOODSTOCK, NY

As we all know by now, COVID-19 has really put a damper on traveling. But, my human came up with a marvelous idea: #TRAVELINGTINK Road Trips! Living in New York, there are so many wonderful places I can visit and explore via car, so that is what we have planned for the next few months.

Our first #travelingtink road trip adventure took us only an hour and a half outside of New York City to Woodstock, NY! Located within the catskill mountain area, it is definitely one of the cooler destinations to visit!

To start off with the main town area’s street name is TINKER street which automatically got my (Tinkerbelle the Dog’s) approval. It is lined with boutiquey shops and eateries. During this COVID time, All the shops require masks and leave their doors open to gain some fresh air/circulation. There is ample outdoor eating at mostly every restaurant and cafe I saw along the way as well which means one fabulous thing, PET-FRIENDLY DINING! Also along Tinker Street there were fresh water bowls outside of most businesses where I could cool off and grab a drink of water if I needed.

My absolute favorite part of Tinker Street though was, you guessed it, the pet clothing store - WAG WEAR! Wag Wear is a known boutique for dogs in NYC and I was very excited to visit their Woodstock location. It truly does not disappoint.

In-between your leisurely walk along Tinker street, you also can also explore a beautiful waterfall in Woodstock Waterfall Park. There you can enjoy the view, grab some insta-worthy photos and relax under the shaded areas. This I would definitely recommend.

Other insta-worthy included the famous “peace bench” and the “Woodstock love knot” !
