#TravelingTink - Hilton Hartford, CT

This June we made our way to Hartford, Connecticut to see the New Broadway Bound Musical ANASTASIA at the Hartford Stage! Tinkerbelle was booked to do a meet and greet with the cast, and photos for broadwayworld.com! We were so lucky to get the chance to stay at The Hilton Hartford! It is nestled right in the beautiful downtown city of Hartford, Connecticut directly across from The Hartford Stage and down the block from one of the biggest concert/sports arenas (hosting the Olympic Gymnastic Trials a week after our stay).

When we arrived, there is a parking lot attached to the hotel, so that was definitely a plus! 

As we entered the hotel lobby, everyone was very welcoming to us and Tinkerbelle! 

Checking in was a breeze, and we made our way to our pet-friendly room! There was a pet bed, and dog bowls already in the room which was a relief because I hate giving Tinkerbelle water from a tall mouth rinse glass or coffee mug. The room and bathroom were very clean and there was definitely no Pet odor, which some complain about at pet friendly hotels. 

The room service was definitely delicious but the restaurant attached to the hotel was by far my favorite! The restaurant is called m&m bistro! It has a upscale diner chic feel too it, with lots of delicious comfort food. What I loved about it was the outside area (only open in the spring/summer/fall months obviously) because I could still get waited on and have Tinkerbelle with me! She had a nice water bowl, some dog food and even had some chicken from my delicious quesadilla!

Around the hotel area, there were a few nice restaurants and bars as well. There is a little dog shop down towards the park on the same street at the hotel. The starbucks and dunkin donuts do not open on Sundays though...so stick to the hotel for your coffee or caffeine fix!

Overall I would definitely rate our experience a 10/10! Thank you Hilton Hartford!
