#TRAVELINGTINK - Newport, Rhode Island

When you think Newport, Rhode Island You probably think Summer Destination (and Taylor Swift's Fourth of July Party Location) My December visit to the Grace Vanderbilt Hotel proves it is most definitely a year round destination, with a special magical touch during the holiday season.

Upon Arriving at the Grace Vanderbilt, you don't feel like you are checking into a hotel. You feel warm and cozy, while being greeted and attended too like royalty.

My pet friendly room was large and spacious with modern touches for my human, and a beautiful, comfy dog bed for me to lounge in, along with food and water bowls!

Not only is there a room service menu for humans, but there is also a pet room service menu. My favorite was the Chicken and Rice!

The Grace Vanderbilt during the winter has many fun amenities, like Cozy Cocktails, s'mores and fluffy blankets at the outdoors fire pit, Complimentary Hot Cocoa, chocolate and candy canes in the lobby. And even canapes and cocktails by the fireplace! These perks definitely pleased the diva in me!

The location of the hotel is also the perfect central location to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes and Mansions! I couldn't ask for a more luxurious convenient hotel!

Overall, I would definitely recommend visiting the Grace Vanderbilt in Newport, Rhode Island any time of year. Not only will humans feel at home, but pups will too!
